            We have been using about Plumbing for a couple years and have been delighted with their services. Early in March I called Greg about an overhead leak in our basement bathroom. His crew came out quickly and diagnosed the problem as we needed to replace the toilet in the bathroom on our main floor. The basement bathroom is directly below the main floor bathroom. We had the work done. Several days later we noticed the leak had not stopped and I called again. A service call was done and we were told the installer had forgotten to remove something below the old toilet. He said he removed it and the problem was fixed. Several days passed and again the problem persisted. I have spoken with Greg five times since that service call. Each time he tells me he is backed up with work, working too many hours a day, and he himself will be out to fix the leak. He never shows. The last conversation was this Tuesday. Greg said he would be here this Thursday or Friday. Again he did not show.

            The city of **************** recommended about plumbing.i wish I never contacted them .they changed me $250.00 for an inspection, they looked at my system for a maximum of one hour and then give me a bid for repairs of $3,400.00 . Needless to say this morning I got up pulled the pump cleaned out the cutter blade reinstalled everything as should be and it working just fine My cost was $0. 00

            The system was not operational for 7 years, the estimate was to bring the system to the current CODE. Even though the system is functioning the residence could not be sold until the system is upgraded to the current code. We do inspections for **************** the organization that required this system to be upgraded and we have not received any reinspection notice on this property. We asked to inspect the pumping system but the owner refused to let us inspect the system. We don't believe the customer's complaint is legitimate.
